Conygar pushing ahead with flagship The Island Quarter development in

Conygar Investment Company PLC (AIM:CIC) CEO Robert Ware joined Proactive’s Stephen Gunnion with an update on the company’s portfolio, including its flagship property in Nottingham, The Island Quarter.

Ware telling Proactive that development for the first phase of the mixed-used property is progressing including a 700-bed student accommodation scheme, while an application has been submitted for the next phase of the development, which includes a hotel, residential rental apartments and co-working space.

Conygar also recently entered a non-binding exclusivity agreement for the 14.7-acre development at the Bristol Fruitmarket site, Ware added.
