OSHA IS NOW LEADING AN INVESTIGATION INTO WHAT HAPPEDEN AFTER O TWPEOPLE WERE RESCUED FROM A TK ANUSED FOR CHOCOLA.TE AT THE MARS CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN ELIZABETHTOWN. FIRST RESPONDERS WERE CALLED TO THE SCENE AROUND TWO YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. AN EMS OPERATIONS MANAGER SAYS THE TWO GOT TRAPPED WHILE CLEARNING THE TANK. >>T I COULD HAVE BEEN A LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION, JUST SEDBA ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TOET G THEM OUT. OSHA is leading the investigation into how two people became trapped in a chocolate tank at a chocolate factory in Lancaster County. Crews were called around 2 p.m. to the Mars Wrigley plant in Elizabethtown to rescue the workers who became trapped in the tank while they were cleaning it.The employees were taken to a hospital for evaluation. There is no word on their conditions.
