Stock Futures Inch Up Ahead of Manufacturing, Jobless Data


U.S. stock futures ticked higher ahead of manufacturing data and an update on the number of Americans applying for unemployment benefits.

S&P 500 futures were up 0.2% and futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.1%. Changes in equity futures don’t necessarily predict movements after the markets open.
