California, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia were the seven states that filed the lawsuit against Shkreli, whose antics have led to him being dubbed “Pharma Bro” and “the most hated man in America.” He is incarcerated in a federal facility in Pennsylvania and set for release in November 2022, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
