Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE:PHP) (PHP) said today it plans to pay four interim dividends to its shareholders in equal installments throughout the year.
The first quarterly dividend in 2022, which will be 1.625p per ordinary share, will be paid on 25 February to those on the company’s register at the end of business on 14 January.
PHP will also be offering a scrip alternative with this dividend, which allows shareholders to receive new shares as an alternative to cash.
The reference price for the scrip will be revealed on 20 January.
