Fugitive New Jersey deli defendant Peter Coker Jr. arrested in


A fugitive facing federal criminal charges in the United States in connection with a New Jersey deli valued at $100 million has been arrested by authorities in Thailand.

Peter Coker Jr., who last was known to be living in Hong Kong, is one of three people charged in the case. His father, Peter Coker Sr., and the other defendant, James Patten, were arrested last fall in North Carolina, and since then have made appearances in New Jersey federal court.
